scouts are just a much faster class in everything
they fire faster, reload faster, move faster....
because of this, I guess that it SEEMS tht crits come more often when they come at the exact same ratio (shots to crits) sa any other class...
thing is, you fire more shots, so there will be more crits..
but thats just an idea....

nonono, the shots you fired HAVE to hit an enemy to stack up a higher crit rate, they changed it recently.
