  • inspired... got my gym membership today. hitting it up. 4 days a week, with 2 days of rugby training and 1 day rest. Im on it.

  • Damn bro! That's insanely impressive, I've been lifting to 10 months now (started as a pathetic little 147lbs at nearly 16 years old and 6 foot ... now I'm a slightly less pathetic 164lbs at 6 foot :P ... got a LONG way to go! Are you still wanting to get bigger? :)
