I have had my yp-k3 for more than 4 years (bought in June 2007) and i must admit its still one of the best mp3 players i have ever held in my hands. The design is perfect and the sound is brilliant. Battery life is also incredible - about 20 hours., even after 4-years usage. And in the end, the control is very simple and sweet :)

Had this player for about 1.5 years but it broke down the second time now (just does not switch on again), I switched to the Sony NWZ series. These players are great. Audioquality-wise they are equal but the Samsung does not play any videos :-( Besides, the Sony displays album covers and additional song information. However, the Samsung does look more stylish....but I expected a bit more quality for the price.

I have found the problem mate. At the back of the Mp3, look for a small hole, its in the bottom a really small hole, and try something that comes pointy, and press it. I've just reset mine and it switched on at the 1st attempt.

these models have a known problem where they just stop charging and wont turn on - sometimes the reset button fixes the problem sometimes not - as in my case. Samsung customer service are unable to help.

I have this mp3 player and the touch screen does get annoying. you'll be trying to press up but get "back" instead. THIS MP3 PLAYER MAKES U APRECIATE THE "HOLD" BUTTON because if u put it ur pocket while playing ur tracks probably gonna change. BUT IT GETS A LOT OF ATTENTION AND HAS GOOD VOLUME!!!
