I have massive amounts of energy-inner-chi, I was looking for a more advanced way to release it ... in order to have a good sleep ;D cuz my body is so warm some nights, therefore I find it a little hard to sleep... Game On! ...It would be nice if you make like a description of how you acomplish it... for us to get a clue and start playing and discovering new stuff! awesome bro! Namaste Ohana!
