I totally agree... this is the sort of thing that gives yoga a bad name. Where's instructions re arms, elbows, shoulders, placement, sinking into your lumbar...........
Very irresponsible; practitioners should be advised not to solely follow these instructions ; these are serious asanas that require thorough and concise instruction. This is not the video to take seriously.

I agree... You did not show resting pose as well which is absolutely crucial after handstand.
