  • I'm getting a bass guitar for Christmas and I want to learn how she plays it in this song!

  • I am so surprised that you have developed such a soulful sound. I truly love it.

  • Beautiful. If only we could hear this kind of singing in churches today!...Mother & daughter making beautiful memories. WHAT A DIFFERENT WORLD WE WOULD LIVE IN IF MORE FAMILIES SUNG AND PRAYED TOGETHER. GOD BLESS YOU!

  • Thank you for sharing your God given talents on here.

They have been a blessing more than you know!

I'm glad you and your Mom sing together too..it's to be cherished.

  • Very Good! I really enjoy the video I love the song and you and your mom song beautiful. Keep up the good work and keep posting video's.

  • Fav Hymn of all time.. Very excellent job

  • Are you or your mom singing soprano?

    It's very pretty.

  • Very nice....this is one of professor Thomas A. Dorsey's song.

  • BEAUTIFUL.

  • Very nicely done! Spirit-filled too!

  • Lovely Hymn! Praise God!

  • it brings back great memories for me, today we just don't get this kind of music. how does one praise God with this new rap or rock and roll christian music, it don't work for me anyways.

  • Yes the old music has meaning to it. Lots of those old hymns/gospel songs have true meaning...not something that is repeated over and over. I loke songs that are really "Bible" based....thats what really really matters.

  • I agree nickdball3. The old music has something that the new stuff just does not. I could listen to this type of music all day.

  • very nicely done ... key of E for trumpet

  • Just absolutely beautiful. I really enjoy all of your videos. May God Bless You.

  • I want this song on my funeral. On the day I die I know the good lord will take me away and take me home. AMEN JESUS

  • I LOVE IT!!!!! RIP RONNIE.

  • Very beautiful praise song. Pure in its simplicity, and you are so blessed to share this project with your mom, and with your daughter. This sad world needs thousands more families who take the time to play together, connect, praise through song, making memories to share, building a family legacy. Please continue, enjoy this blessing in your lives. Spoken from a broken-hearted single-parent whose grown kids all scattered across the country. Boy do I miss them &chances to make memories.

  • beautiful song...and performance

  • this is my favorite hymn. I love your arrangement one of the best I have ever heard and the piano music was great. This song has been my rock as of late losing several friends over past few months due to un for seen death and also the sickness and battles my granny faces every day with her decling health. May God truly bless you.. thank you

  • This is wonderful! Is the book you use just that title you have on the piano, gospel hymns?

  • I had this song played at my grandfather's funeral about two weeks ago. I was going to play it on the piano, but they only had an organ, and I don't know how to play the organ!

Anyways - this is absolutely beautiful. It really made me cry.

    God bless! =)

  • Excellent playing and singing as always.

  • We need MORE of this music in today's Church's !!! Amen ! My dear friend Lori passed away a little over a year ago, this was her favorite !

God Bless you all and keep the great music coming !!!

  • This was once the only kind of music we had in our churches. It must come back. This piano and organ music has been replaced by electric keyboards. It never should have happened. Sing children. Please

  • I totally agree....nothing can compare with a "real" piano and organ....there is just someting about the sound of those....

  • @SP567 You are absolutely right! I agree 100%!

  • @SP567 I must respectfully disagree. One could argue that the music before this music was once the only kind of music we had in our churches. This "piano & organ music" replaced the music before it. Should that have happened?. We could go all the way back to what the Levites used and played. To be relevant and effective to both the church and the world music progresses in sound and content. The Wesleys who wrote many of our hymns understood this and used popular melodies of bar songs in hymns...

  • For the record I do also love this type of music.... that's why I listened to it here... just sayin...

  • That is so true....so many churches have just thrown away all of this type of music...many don't even use a piano at all....I think its a mistake..

  • I agree. I mean not a knock on contemporary Christian music, but I dunno I like the "old school" stuff better. I'm 18 so no really biased opinion or anything but yea I can't say that I like the newer Christian music as much as this, however some of it is good

  • Me too! Awesome as always...

  • i love it!
