Today (12th December) Kenya is celebrating their independence day from the United Kingdom in 1963. I have a girlfriends with kenyan background she told me a lot about this country and i saw a lot of pics. hope to travel to it soon. Wish all kenyan people best wishes from your friends here in Germany ^^ Have a great day!!!
I am untouchable. This song reminds me of a crazy I had in Kenya in 2002. It was a blast. I was so drunk and excited I got on top of the table. Crazy times and lots of fun
Brilliant! this is the song I show people in the UK when I they want a taste of Kenyan music. then I show them videos of kibaki and the image goes down the drain..
@lifeforce109 i believe this song appeals to all kenyan ehtnic groups... for one im kikuyu but i lovvvve this song.... it empowers me.... whenever i think times are hard... this my jam.... in as much as you may show it to bring down one political candidate you should use i to promote integration and unity
It must have been Raila's idea to export this song to Narc's campaign. This song basically celebrates the Luo Nation but for purposes of the Narc Party the Kibakis, Karuas and Kalonzos were brought into the 'unbwogable' brackets to ride on the Euphoria. The whole drama doesn't however dim the genius of GidiGidi and Majimaji!!!
This is the ageless and GREAT song that brought Kibaki and the Narc party to power in Kenya. In this song with a 'Luo' had a fighting spirit.... but Kibaki just pierced Kenya's balloon! God bless GidiGidiMajimaji!
Well, not bad. Hello from Finland! :)
