I thought everyone was already being track through there Hard IP address which is in-bedded in their CPU, well maybe not everyone but there's very few people who know how to turn the tracking off.

We are going to be issued internet passports soon or later it's only a matter off time, what will happen is all the big players will need to check email address for authenticity, valid one's will be confirmed and invalid ones will be deleted, then everyone will only be allow 1 email for personal use.
