@MissDivaDarling There's no such thing as "Curry Chicken", which is an all-embracing term. But this is definitely a vindaloo, characterised by the vinegar. Note that Vindaloo is a variant of a Portugese dish and was brought to Goa by its Portugese colonisers.

@MissDivaDarling one of the things I like most about this style of cooking is how much variety and scope for alteration there is. I don't think I've ever been to two restaurants that have had the same curry on the menu and they've been the same, so I don't really think it's necessary to stick to an exact recipe. And like Peterkar says, "curry chicken" is such a broad term that it could mean one of a thousand things.
