The difference between 4wd and awd is 4wd is all fours all the time without any distributing. awd is computer operated where power can be distributed to different wheels when it is needed. @60SecondAssassin1 your car lesson is wrong. :) 4wd can be switched. a 4wd vehical has 2wh,4wh and 4wl. a awd vehical is always all wheel drive. there is different types of awd like my truck is awd and is 70% rear driven and 30%front. and ther is very very few 4wd vehicals that are actually all 4 wheels drive. most are 1 rear one front or 2 rear one front.

That is how you mod a Honda. Keep sparkly stickers off, don't cut the springs, don't put wings on it that used to be park benches. That is how you do it right there. This is likely the best damn sleeper out there. It looks like a winter beater, not an easy 13 second beast.

If the transmission in it didn't suck so much (junk yard tranny) I'm sure I could manage mid-13's. I can't no-lift shift this one because it just locks me out of the next gear. I'm hoping some Redline MTL will fix that issue, I'll find out next spring. The great thing about having a quick Escort, if you beat me, you only beat an Escort, but if I beat you..

Unless it bothered me dramatically like an actual bad strut banging when I go over an intersection, it was probably towards the end of the list. I personally couldn't wait to test it out, same with this guy likely.

@yomonstruo Unknown hp, hasn't been on a dyno, just a good street tune. My last stock sohc hatch ran a 12.74 @ 105 on slicks also @ 9psi. 4WD and a stiff clutch helps the Wago ALOT

The motor in my hatch was a D16Y8 w/ the compression ratio of 9.6:1, the Wagon has a D16Z6 w/ the compression ratio of 9.2:1 so its not too bad besides the weak link of the stock rods. Normally I'd say 7psi is a good safe limit, and 9 is about as high as I'd go. I normally try to tailor the tune to how the owner drives it wether or not it is aggressive or conservative, the Wago is tuned decentley conservative since its my DD. Check my vids to see the hatch's pass

@flamingaxe791 Wagovans are AWD stock , there is a button on the dash to switch it to FWD if you want. Its a stock SOHC 1.5 or 1.6. My parents had an 85 and gave it to me as my first car. Learn something before just calling someone out....
