  • looks a helluva lot like a 1st gen camaro....

  • Could you shoot some more video for youtube on the interior of the car and engine compartment?

  • Somewhere on the internet, you will find a Mark Donahue Registry Page of present owners. On that page you will find a few cars for sale at various conditions. Please remember that there are very few still around. Have you ever saw another on at a car show like yours? Mark Donahue Javelins are a cross between an AMX and a Javelin SST. If this one is an original it is worth a lot. The engine is not original in yours as it would have to be either a 360 high compression or a 390. The 401 was 1971.

  • Never sell this car....You'll regret it. I bought a Mark Donahue new in 1970. The color was called "Bittersweet Orange". Mark Donahues only came with either a 360 High Compression, or a 390. There were only about 3000 built that year and all came with Ram Air Hood Scoops and Ducktail Spoilers with the Mark Donahue signiture. Mine had a Borg Warner T10 4 speed, with a Hurst Comition Plus Shifter. The car was purched new for $2900.00. Worth now in excellent shape for about $ 40,000.00

  • @tireseller With that information, what would your opinion be on this car with the current information given? Could you give a price range or a 'guesstimate' of its value? I bet the owner could add more information in the description. I just wonder how much it is worth.

  • Nice car! I've always loved Javelins of 1968 through 1970.

  • my friend has one of these it awesome

  • ouffffffffffffff

    WOW.................

    10-10

  • What a beauty! I have a '70 SST with a 401 - no sweeter sound in the world.

  • Sweet, I used to own one too 360ci 4 speed......owned a few Jav's and a 69 AMX 390 4 speed too...AMC 4 LIFE!

  • Nice Javelin

  • whats a beauty, my dad had one just like it. hopefully i will own one soon.

  • is this still for sale?

  • I have not listed car for sale , I was thinking spring or waiting for the national AMC car show in Livonia MI. I'm not sure what the car would sell for .The motor is a 401 ,comp 292 cam, header and flow masters .

  • There was a '70, a Big Bad Green one (390 auto) running the streets in Hampton, Va in the late '70's & I never forgot it. Headers, cam, Cragars. Later on it was for sale. The AMX (orig.) will be my fav. (I was lucky to own 2 for about 5 yrs.), but, the '70 Donahue Javelin is a close, close, second. Just cool looking. Yours is a worthy mark of the breed. Very nice.

  • awesome, was curious on the cubes of the motor but saw u posted 390, that thing sounds nasty, u got specs on the cam

  • i had a 68 4 speed with 343. fast as heck . i sold it for 900 dollars to my friend. stupid. stupid. i want it now, that was ten years ago.

  • how much?

  • It would just take a offer I could not refuse.

  • its beautiful. I'm currently talking some guy to sell me his. the one im looking at is a 390 manual waiting to be restored. your car is amazing. i was just wondering how much they go for? yours is just truly amazing, congrats.

  • @amcmdkawzx 5 dollars? :D *being broke sucks*
