  • How can a CIA agent be so drop dead gorgeous??? I've been masturbating to Valerie for about 5 years now. When I wank in my shower room, I fantasise about Valerie wearing black leather gloves and black leather pants. When I masturbate to Val, HUGE amounts of creamy white sperm come out of my testicles.

  • Katie Couric sucks!

  • Remember

Blackwater in today's world ain't no song!

  • How hateable is Katie

American says they're better than this but continues to prove otherwise

    When will the GOP fall

  • 'How did your boss react to that photo?'

'He gave me a really good chewing out.'

    umm... wut??

  • "admit it"??? wtf, couric

  • Val rocks! xx

  • 8:51 The old yahoo page. :)

  • I have the utmost adoration for this lady, as well as the CIA. They know how to pick very smart and capable people and the way that Valerie comes across in this interview is both.

20 years, imagine not being able to tell your best friends the truth about what you do for a living.

20 years..... then to have it all thrown in your face due to spite.

  • @NathanKlo Yes, she's just a professional doing her covert job in the CIA. Gathering intelligence, not bothering with the administration. Then BAM! Her career was destroyed. It's just an outrage the kind of excuse the vice president staff said to the whole ordeal. They didn't know? That's just lame. They knew it, and it was intentional. Should have been sent to jail. Bush presidency is such a massive failure.

  • @TheIndonesianDude Look to be honest, I disagree with what you have said somewhat. Yes they lied and cheated and trampled their way to war. But that administrations long term strategy, if you can look past the next 20 years or so, I think there will be great progress made in helping Afghanistan & Iraq in moving forward and becoming a part of the world, rather than it's backyard where people go to do whatever they want, a wild west of the planet for example. I never liked Bush just so you know!

  • @NathanKlo Okay, let me clarify. I didn't mean the whole Bush presidency was a failure. Just the decision he made to cover up for his vice president. OTOH, it was during the end of his second term that US got into massive recession. But that's another topic.

  • All this time the American citizens were mislead, its a pity. I never stumbled upon this VALERIE until i saw FAIR GAME movie.I am not an American but I must say the BUSH ADMINISTRATION did a fairly good job to cover the truth from the rest of the world. MAKES ME WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE STILL DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS. TALK ABOUT DEMOCRACY?

  • Comment removed

  • "Did you ever think er.. this could jeopardize my career...."

"...what would be the ramifications of that? Is it safe to say people were put in danger?"

"In all fairness >>>> doesn't work for the CiA... You are still seething..."

What an idiot. What a disgraceful excuse for a reporter. Absolutely disgusting....

  • i would love to eat valerie plames hot pussy! =^..^=

  • Valerie Plame comes off as a strong and honest woman.

  • damn bush did her wrong! the same way he's done the american people wrong!

  • Bush took the USA back to the dark ages , never has any president been more corrupt or more agressive . His administration made the WHOLE planet hate the USAnot just some of it

  • @adswu2008

The one thing you have to understand though is that Bush was a puppet. Just like Obama is a puppet. They do whatever their superiors at the central banks, Rockefellers, Rothschilds, etc. tell them to do. So until we abolish the Federal Reserve we are going to have elected officials that work for the corporations, no us. Nick Rockefeller even told Aaron Russo 11 months before 9/11 that we were going to invade Iraq and Afghanistan. That's how much they control them...

  • @adswu2008 Just the two sentences contained in you post summed it up so precisely. The sad thing is that so many Americans did not follow this crime and I have read some posts on clips of Joe Wilson's speeches to the effect that the posters think he is the same wilson who yelled "you lie." Just like we have a "no fly list," we need for these dumb fucks a "no vote list."

  • Valerie Plame = MILF.

    ~_^

  • I think Katie Couric may have been playing a little devil's advocate, but I'm just giving her the benefit of the doubt. I think Katie Couric along with most others actually believe the White House Lies.

  • The American people are indeed free, free from all truth, logic, and common sense.

    The Fatherland- Nazi Germany

    The Motherland - Communist Russia

The Homeland – An Unspeakable Bastard crossbreed of the two above!

    Velcome to za Homeland.

  • @biorgymd Fucking idiot. Nowhere in the world has been influenced by Communism or 'Communist Russia' LESS than the fucking devil's banquet USA. Even Nazi Germany was far more influenced by Communism/ Russia, than the contemporary, BASTARD son, USA. If you think you is smart, try be a little smarter, you half-wit piece of shit. Just because you & every pseudo/ non/ anti intellect think that fascism & communism MUST be compared/ joined as such, due to their polemical "link", does not make it so!

  • @biorgymd By the way, you cunt, the USA = Nazi Germany x something still more fascist, with NO right of any individual or worker in mind, ZERO search for truth and/or justice, BUT with the sickest, slickest, wickedest propaganda machine to paint itself as something else, (other than nazism x more fascism still)!

  • "Who will govern the governors? There is only one force in the nation that can be depended upon to keep the government pure and the governors honest, and that is the people themselves. They alone, if well informed, are capable of preventing the corruption of power, and of restoring the nation to its rightful course if it should go astray. They alone are the safest depository of the ultimate powers of government"

    - Thomas Jefferson

  • Where the hell is part 1

  • she just wants fame thats it that cunt betrayed wat made her

  • All those years of service just to get burned in the end, that sucks

  • She is so HOT.....What a sexy a woman

  • Couric has no class at all. Who would not be partisan if an administration goes after you, your family and your country.

  • thumbs up if FAIR GAME movie brought you here.

  • Where's part one??

  • Where's part one?

  • The united states is a complete shitstain on the fabric of humanity. These things that live in america are the lowest form of life on earth. To be american is to be solely against humanity, to be racist, to be religious and therefore to be murderous , unscrupulous and untrustworthy. America is the worst place on earth teeming with the worst people on earth. Its pleasing to know that Islam and the Muhammad, peace be with Him, is realigning america into a place where Islam can grow and prosper.

  • @699backstab

it's not the amreicans it's the governemnts and the banks, read some history.

  • And who is the government made from? Who runs the banks? Americans thats who. They feed off each other in unscrupulous ways and then piss and moan about it. America fails bigtime :)

  • @699backstab US sucks so does the punydicked islam worshippers and all the fundamedalists and brainwashed fucks of the world there's only one religion and only one way and that is of being a good fucking human being a stand up dude

  • It looks like some folks are really spreading a meme associating thoughtful body language with lying. That should work well for the puppetmasters and their Fox crowd...their minions never have to think..just repeat the spin they've been well trained in.

  • People were not "just turned off by that." It was clearly crafted political spin, catapulted through the media, designed to minimize sympathy for Plame, and thus blame of the Bush administration. How disingenuous of Couric to act as if it "people were just turned off by that."

  • I just watched FAIR GAME and had to Youtube Valerie. It's s shame all mainstream media is owned by this evil entity that infects our Republic and reports are bound from reporting the truth DAY AND NIGHT! We've been fluoridated to stupidity levels standing in the Fema Camps hands in pockets, Saying, "Rockefeller's BOY sure puled one over on us". Prepare for USA streets to be like Egypt's are soon if not worse...

  • No Bush was lying to the American public. His administration were grasping for anyone or anything to push support for Iraq. When the president lied on multiple occasions it became a serious security and image issue. Her husband called the administration on it. Even though she was a excellent field agent she was made a example of due to her husbands views. Its our job as citizens to question the leadership on this country get over it.

  • Valerie Plame tried to impose her will on the entire country. Her job is to report the information to the President in an accurate and timely fashion - not create policy - then HE decides. She tried to use her husband to give Bush the middle finger, so they outed her ass. Even at the beginning of this interview she proves this. Then when asked point blank about it, she displays every trait of a liar - blink blink blink, shift etc. from 1:25 - 1:35.

  • @davetcummings She didn't impose her will on the entire country. She did her job. Her husband did his job and told the world the truth.

You know who impose his will on the entire country? The Bush administration. They knew better than anyone there was no WMD in Iraq, yet they sent the troops in. The liar you are speaking of, is the government.

  • Couric is desperately inferior to Valerie. It's awesome.

  • @LOVEMPIRE666 Yes, I do. It's too bad for the non-pretty members of society. If you're a black female who isn't rich or goodlooking, the media won't air your story. Those women don't count. Sad comment on our society.

  • I don't trust her. See seems like a liar.

  • I don't reust her. See seems like a liar.

  • In all honesty this whole event has probably made their lives more meaningful, wealthy and exciting in the end. Of course, that doesn't mean it should have happened. Just saying.

  • lol, at 2:50 she said: "although I would have like to have. . . "

  • This being America, if she wasn't attractive, the story would have gone nowhere. But she has that look that people (especially liberals in media) love so much. White, blonde hair, nice looking, speaks well, etc. Not to take anything away from Plame (it's not her fault, and you can't blame her for riding the media circus to her benefit), but it's an ugly truth of our society. If she was ugly or butch - this story would have had no legs. Think "Nathalie Holloway".

  • Yippie, unemployment.

  • Why is Couric more interested in accosting her about her credibility rather than focussing on the lies that got the US into war?

  • "Turns out the president is not a man of his word" Valerie Plame

  • I bet she's one bad ass mom and wife.

  • She seems serious, intelligent, and very kind.

  • Could they have gotten anybody else to interview her beside katie Couric? Geez. Anybody but dumb Katie.

  • I can't believe the stupidity of Cheney's written notes around 5:00 - "did his wife send him on a junket?" Who the hell goes to Niger on a junket? And junkets are more of a corporate phenomenon, although it's pretty obvious why Haliburton boy would view the world through that prism. Sheesh - good riddance, Dick!

  • katie couric is just making her feel during the interview that she the piece that joe wilson wrote was wrong and should not have done that, OK YOU DUMB CBS BITCH THE GOVERMENT THAT SHE KISSES ASS FOR BETREAYED A CIA AGENT AND KATIE ACTS LIKE VALERIE IS THE BAD GUY,DUMB FUCKING BITCH

  • Thank you for your service. The Bush administration knew exactly what they were doing. They blew your name for the simple fact of your husbands report in the washington post. Robert Novac is a piece of shit.

  • @scfloyd1 Here here.

Katie Couric was attempting to excuse the crime when she said that neither Karl Rove or Socooter Libby's wives aren't working at the CIA.

  • Sweetie, i feel sorry for you. You've got the CIA on your ass. ouch!

  • is there no part 3 to this interview? i can't seem to find it....

  • She is a sexy spy.

  • I've always felt that the Bush administration was a bunch of RATS.

  • Her book, "Fair Game: My Life as a Spy, My Betrayal by the White House" is a must read. She and her husband, former Ambassador Joe Wilson are genuine patriots whose lives have been dedicated to the service of their family and country. They are exemplary people unlike the political skunks like Bush and Cheney who only exemplify everthing that will eventually destroy America

  • @guydecervens

lookin forward to readin the book n wtchin the mvy

  • Sexiest spy I've ever seen.

  • @philster61 thats why she gut a Job ;)!

  • @afazliu25 She can spy on me anytime....lol

  • Nepotism dicredits judgement now? When did this happen?

  • When you own leaders take a CIA agent and toss her under the bus for matters of sustaining their own reputation what does that tell you about Cheney, Bush, Rove, Rumsfeld and the rest of the incompetent leadership we had.

The Bush years will go down as one of the most corrupt and vile administrations in the history of our nation.

Their legacy will live on and will be their payment for their disasterous decision making policies.

  • They still believe they are above laws because they are the one who can interpret them, not Congress, Senate or even democracy. Constitutions can evolve only by them, not the people. They can make Constitutions to define money is one creative human being in our economic system just like those ancient Jaws mimicked monotheists from Greek and some twisted Aten cults to quantify an abstract, infinite god with ritualized names/languages, for ruling power so they represent god & god represents them.

  • anyone else hope cheney gets cancer of the scrotum ?

  • Robert Novak got fucked by a rather convenient "brain tumor", so I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the Wizards at Langley get to Cheney.

  • @ArrogantCancerian fuck you!!! why would you want to wish that upon anyone?

  • It's a shame what happened to her..

It's funny how people would even assume that she would discuss anything of what she did/knew with her husband..

But, I have some covert action she can engage in at any point of time..Infidelity... Such a hottie.

  • Isn't it fun that Whitewater, Travelgate, Monicagate were somehow more treasonous then the Iraq War, the Valerie Plame affair, the firing of US attorneys on basis of politics, the Patriot Act, the obstuction of justice by blocking independent investigation after 9/11, aiding the escape of the Bin Laden family instead of questioning them, the approval of torture at Guantanamo, the effort to deconstruct Habeas Corpus, the inhumane treatment of prisoners at Abu Gharib, the failure to get UBL etc.

  • The same thing that happened to JFK

  • Well I am 26 and I own a house and I am not a "slave" to it or anything else.

  • The BIMBO lost and CIA (Corporate Invisible Army) won again...

Now imagine what the CIA is going to do with Obama if he does not play the game...

  • well if she was underneath highly classified covert status should her name be free an clear from an sort of database checks from foreign/local intelligence agencies - Couldn't she just lie her way through it?

  • She has that "CIA demeanor" about her... she is very careful as to what to say and what not to say... I am sure the agency made contact and warned her of the consequences should she reveal any classified information.

  • When Bush pushed for war and asked the world to join him, the world told him to take a walk. America was wooed to accept all the bullshit by the worthless American media.

  • I'm reading Joe Wilson's Book, "The Politics of lies". Its really good. Also, as more people recognize all of the lies of the Bush Admin, to go to war more and more people are learning that the official story of 911 just doesn't add up as well. Investigate 911 for yourself. See what everyone is talking about.

  • she has beautiful body language.

  • Fuck Katie Couric

Trying to tell a woman who did CIA work for 20 years that she should have seen this coming, and after the fact

  • I understand your anger but that's the way you interview people. You need to be as objective as possible no matter how much you may admire your interviewee. You can't turn an interview into butt licking session.

  • 1st we have the right to criticize the president when they lie.

2nd outing our own spy in the time of war is TREASON.

    3rd FREEDOM OF PRESS

  • why joe shoudn't have criticized bush, when bush took entire country to war on web of lies ,

every soldier that has died in iraq is because of bush and his supporters lilke you.

  • I was in America in the days after the 9/11 attacks, and I believe if Bush hadn't gone to war there might have been a public uprising - and he never would've gotten re-elected! Joe can have whatever opinion he wants, but he could have been more careful. Watch his interviews, how antagonistic and obnoxious he is. I can't imagine him adopting a respectful tone when he took on Bush's administration. Methinks this story only got out because the media hates Bush. (And if VPW had been ugly....?)

  • no one is talking abt afghanistan , we are discussing war against iraq which was based on lies and lies.

just think about the soldiers how they would have felt when reprts said iraq had nothing to do with 911 , iraq was not seeking any nuclear fuel from africa ,

how about dying for a wrong cause,

how the family and friends of fallen soldiers (in iraq)must be feeling that their sons and daughters died for nothing ,

and you are tellin me he shouldn't criticize bush

  • Joe W. can criticize Bush if he wants: the point is, he was obnoxious and disrespectful in the way he did it. Also, those soldiers were volunteers, not under draft. If you want to blame, blame Saddam Hussein for not letting the US in to search for weapons of mass destruction. In Iraq, I think it was too risky to have the chance looming that Saddam had big guns! Imagine Paris, New York City, DC getting wiped off the map. It was just too chancy.

  • that was point she making that while intelligence comin out of iraq was sketchy , and iraq clearly was not seekin anything from africa ,

and just because soldiers volunteer to join army , it means you can kill them in wrong war , what a logic , LMAO

  • amorestvitaessentia

"In Iraq, I think it was too risky to have the chance looming that Saddam had big guns! "

This is pure fantasy. The only weapons of mass destruction Iraq had were likely given to them by the US to gas the Kurds. The rest was just Bush administration propaganda - designed especially for people who turn off their brains where national security is concerned. Hell, Bush/Cheney even tried to blame 911 on Iraq for years, and some people STILL believe that crap!

  • Not true. Americans wanted justice, and we got it. We found out that Afghanistan was to blame. We were fully justified to remove the Taliban from power in Afghanistan.

We went into Iraq because Bush told us Iraq has WMD and had plans on using them against us. Now we know he was wrong. What I would like to know is this: Why aren't more Americans demanding the Bush be brought up on charges for taking us into war with Iraq unnecessarily?

  • @amorestvitaessentia Bush had an approval rating in the high teens and low 20's. Everybody hated him. He should be in jail right now.

  • I didn't watch this at the time when the shit hit the fan back then but after looking back at all these YTV the Bush Admin sucks. So dubya's team forged a fake document saying that SH bought 200 pounds from Africa so we could go to war to get the oil. VP and her husband are looking pretty damn good now. The war was all a scam. Obama hasn't said War on Terror, Terrorist, WMD, etc...He broke our country so they could get rich off foreign Haliburton Oil. Fucking Assholes!

  • Maybe the were in Vanity Fair to bring make the situation more public and make more people aware of the whole lying about WMDs. It's good publicity for how f'd up the Bush Administration is.

curtmastor, i think you should go to iraq right now. go on! go sign up! if you're so confident that people should die for an "inevitability" go do it yourself.

  • Just think this could happen to anyone that works for the CIA and think they will be protected.

  • curtmastor

    "Valerie Plame is..."

Actually, she is a patriotic American who was serving her country until she was betrayed by the Bush admin. "Dogshit" more accurately describes your comment and attitude.

  • @pfg999

  • @pfg999 Valerie Plame Wilson served her country. Scooter Libby only served Dick Cheney.

  • The sentence-by-sentence speaking skills of George W. Bush are deteriorating. This may be due to presenile dementia. Bush may or may not still be drinking heavily. Bush was arrested for disorderly conduct. Bush was arrested for stealing. Bush was also arrested for a serious crime—driving under the influence of alcohol. All in all, Bush is a severely mentally ill individual. Bush should be locked up.

  • No her husban was not suposed to say anything it was secret information! Just like Her identification should not have been leaked I do not agree with the administration but her husban is a worst scum. This is what we have left after deep throat, national secrets are no longer secret.

  • "No her husban was not suposed to say anything it was secret information!"

I disagree with you. And here's why: "That whenever any Form of Gvmnt becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it...as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety & Happiness."

    From our Declaration of independence.

  • True, but your words are take out of context. The values which are endanger of ending by a tryanical government are those of: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. The United States Government, as of yet, has not become a threat to those values, therefore there is no need for a rebellion

  • Further more during the United States Civil War the Federal did violate those values of the citizens of the souther state, so from your point of veiw the south was justified in seeking to "...alter or ABOLISH it..."

  • "The United States Government, as of yet, has not become a threat to those values" : That's a matter of debate I think. Read the comments from others.

  • I have and they show no justification for a call of insurection. Her husban was employeed by the US government to conduct field research, this research had not been declassified at the time he published it in a newpaper, therefore he violated an established law and he should be punished. Now Please understand I DO NOT agree with the way the government handeld the situation and I in no way feel that the Bush administration had the right to jepordize this agent as it placed many lives in danger.

  • she lost her job the moment she was leaked. I have no doubt people lost there lives because of the leak. In my humble opinion this is one of the greatest betrayals of national security and treason that has occured in American history that the public is aware of. I imagine long after were all gone the history books will reflect this and I cannot think of somone more deserving of our thanks than Valerie Plame,Joe Wilson and Colon Powell all deserve our highest praise.

  • "bush" is a crook. He and his family will deserve everything the might get in the future. Bush is a shame to all American.

  • What the administration did was complete shit. However, don't think for a minute that Plame and her husband didn't know what they were doing. She and her husband knew that she would lose her job.

  • 1) She had 2 young children. No mother with young children is going to want to be a part of covert missions that could lead to significant time away from home or danger. 2) She has made more money since she left the CIA than she would have by staying. She has had tons of opportunities to capitalize on this; book deals, etc., etc. When the government does something as hideous as this, it tends to overshadow motives for exposing it. Wake up if you think they did this to be patriotic citizens.

  • releasing a cia agents identity while undercover is a treasonous act! and during a time of war that traitor is subject to the death penalty. therefore, Bush and his administration involved in this traitorous act should be in jail and sentenced to death according to the laws of this country. if anyone else not in politics had done this they would most certainly have the book thrown at them

    thanks,

    an american disable veteran

  • Unfortunately Dem puppets Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi have refused to put impeachment on the table. They have put politics above justice. They will be remembered as sell-outs as well.

  • I COMPLETELY AGREE!

  • And what of her husbans publication of secret material, is that also not treason?

  • Absolutely not due to the fact that there was NO SECRET material to be released. Sadam was NOT trying to obtain uranium cake that was the information he released, Bush wanted him to back his reason for going to war which one of those reasons was that Sadam was trying to obtain uranium cake from northern Africa.

  • Look I am a hard core American Patriot who also happens to be a Disabled Veteran. I believe George Bush is a war monger & a criminal for all the various crimes he has committed in America's name. It's real sad that we have a man who has done so much damage to our country's standing in the world.

  • I actually voted for George Bush in his election against Gore, however after seeing what he was doing to us by invading a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 I did not vote for him in the second election. I even changed my party from Republican to Democrat.

  • So my question is what about Osama Bin Laden, why have we not put the adequate amount of troops in Afghanistan like we should have? Because they are all in Iraq. Al-Qaeda was not even in Iraq until we went there. Bush is a terrible President and he should be ashamed of his self. He has even shown Americas weakness by stretching our military so thin that we couldn't respond to this new Georgian/Russia conflict even if we wanted too. Bush must go!

  • As proper citizens of a republic we must abide by the rules and allow Bush to finish out his term. The ONLY PROPER way to change anything in a govenment like ours is to vote for those candidates who share our views. In the 2004 Presidental electrion the majority of american citizens voted for Bush and you must wait till the next election to change anything.

  • I completely agree with that. Voting is the only power we have & it is time for everyone to stand up & use it.

  • sooo sexy

but she voluntarily accepted 20 years paychecks to play th game of deceit and to work with devils. she could have farmed or helped better the world... if she just posed in white panties for lingerie company

but she chose = willingly to help war instead of peace

cry for me now america she pleads

well guess what u sexy fuck doll

    KARMA!

  • Wow. I like Valerie. Really cool woman.

  • shut up fucktard

  • johnmcfarm

"She is a traitor and should be tried and hung."

No - she's a hero who should be commended for her service to the country. Bush/Cheney et. al are traitors. And YOU should seek psychiatric care if you think she is to blame in this.

  • I disagree with you, she did nothing that would qualify as treason according to the constitution. Her husband on the other hand published results from as yet unclassified operation, it is he whom we should seek to punish not his wife.

  • No that was Bush & Cheney

  • This is sooo shameful that this government is still sweeping this under the carpet.... and to add insult to injury...one of the liars got pardoned. What if she was a MAN....would they have done it, maybe, but may not have gotten away with it.

    So disgusting.

  • Man, not many 43 year olds look as hot as Valerie.

  • That's true, Valerie Plame is seriously hot. Joe Wilson is a lucky guy!

  • you can say that again

  • I applaud you and you husband for trying to make America safer and keep it free. This administration has no morals. The whole world is now in a dangerous predicament. Valerie and Ambassador Wilson are true American patriots. The Bush administration are traitors. google Prescot Bush trading with the enemy. We are at war to help make the traitorist Elite class more powerful than they already are. Wake up America, the Canadian dollar has surpassed the American dollar. Worst administration ever.

  • Yes, more of the people should be this very good. I was not knowing that Armitage was so much involved with this criminal act.

Knock, knock! Who is being there? The history of Richard Armitage's foreign service. Holy Santos Traficantes!

  • couric deserves the benefit of the doubt here. she's really got to play devil's advocate if she's going to make an interesting feature out of an interview that would naturally be too sympathetic. she could have sat there and nodded along with Plame or she could have played devil's advocate and baited someone who is relatively unused to interviewing and managed to make good tv in the process. i'm no couric acolyte, but i get good tv.

  • considering couric's ratings, even this shoddy attempt at playing at being a hardball journalist can't hurt her at this point.

  • bush & his cronies should be in jail

  • Bush co. is GUILTY of the most serious breech of natioal security in Our history. and He commuted the sentence of the ones that have fallen on their sword to protect these Neo-Con criminals. We must initiate IMPEACHMENT proceeding NOW! It's probably already to late to save Our Republic.

  • the interviewer is a bit of a dimwit tbf...

  • A brief history lesson will show that President Abrahm Lincoln's act during the American Civil War where far more "unconstitutional" than anyhting the Bush administration has done. Furthermore the president has the right to commute or pardon ANY criminal as established by the constitution. For what crimes do you then plan to impeach him with?

  • Don't unfavorably compare President Lincoln to Mr. Bush.

  • But that is the truth, during the American Civil War President Abrahm Lincoln not only suspended the Maryland state government but also suspended the right to vote in Maryland. Lincoln is now viewed as one the the best presidents for his actions but it should be noted that at the time they where very unpopular.

  • Yes, and Lincoln was trying to hold together a country that was ripping itself apart. Bush has torn the country apart by his actions. Which is worse.

History will not be kind to the Bozo-in-Chief.

  • JuanOnate20

By all accounts, the Bush adminstration deceived us to make the case for the war in Iraq. Worse, once it became clear that the runup to the war was fake, this wonderful leader had the gall to blame the CIA for poor intelligence when, in fact, they CLEARLY warned that the information being relied upon by the White House was NOT credible. If you need to ask what crime, then you are too biased to listen, but just in case, ONE crime is taking this country to war under false pretenses.

  • Prsident Bush did take us to war on false pretense as did President Johnson in Vietnam. as did President McKinnley in the Spanish AMerican war, as did President Polk in the Mexican American war, et cetera. I willingly admitt that I DO NOT agree with this administrations decision to invade Iraq, however I wish to inform citizens that there is no law of which I am aware of regarding this situation and therefore the senate is unable to bring an impeachment.

  • Point blank period they can do what they wanna do...just as they have been.

  • curtmastor

    "Bush administration did not lie"

Give me a break. Of course they lied. They wanted to attack Iraq from the day they took office and were looking for ANY pretext to justity this action. At one point, they even tried to connect Saddam to 911. They manipulated the evidence to suit their needs and then blamed the CIA when their charade was revealed. This war was wrong on many levels, but it is inevitable that there are some people who wont accept the truth even at this stage.

  • It is people like you, ostriches with heads in the sand, that explains how and why America is in the state it is in. Down the crapper.....

  • Where is Homeland Security when you have treasonist occupying The White House and treasonist annihilating The United States Constitution?

    g. w. bush is a Piece of Shit

  • Valerie Plame is like someone out of a Dan Brown novel, blonde and brilliant. Oh, yeah, and Katie is as mousy and stupid as ever.

  • Katie sounds pretty damn conservative and idiotic in this interview, and it seems like she's trying to attack Valerie Plame. I wish Anderson Cooper did this instead. Good luck to Valerie and Joe.

  • Couric of 60 Minutes said Valerie had "Harsh Words" to say about that PoS g. w. bush when asked if Valerie thinks the president was in on this.

Valerie Plame -> "I don't know about that. But I, like most other Americans, saw President Bush say on TV that he would fire anyone from his administration found to be involved in leaking my name. It turns out the President is not a man of his word."

  • Have you ever seen Katie look bitchier? Who is she sleeping with? What a stupid looser. She is also old and ugly compared with Val Plame. Couric has lost that "youthful" look and has obviously entered a particularly narrow middle age.
