i thinks its based more on preference of the person when learning flares and virgin flares, my friends say that learning and doing flares were easier for them, but for me, i have a easier time doing virgin flares. haha everyones different ;D

UFO is different those are virgin flares like brownboy said and u should learn regular flares before virgins cuz when ur legs are apart in regular flares its easier to pick ur hip up and kick ur legs up
