I like this game. The first time I played it I was with friends that hadn't played a Sonic game since S3&K and weren't even Sonic fans and they were all like "This game is actually pretty cool. Unnecessary loading times but oh well." It just shows from a SENSIBLE point of view it's not TOO bad. When your a tard that tries to find EVERY LITTLE REASON to hate the game OF COURSE it's gonna be bad, because you can do that with ANY game actually...

As a Sonic fan, trust me when I say that this level along with Wave Ocean and Crisis City (only played as Sonic) is about as good as Sonic '06 ever gets. The rest is an absolute mess, especially Silver's gameplay.

Unleashed had 18 great daytime levels and a further 18 dull, but playable nighttime levels and it didn't FORCE you to spend hours aimlessly wandering about in a horrible, half-finished, virtually empty city hub that looks like a less lively version of Pyongyang.

Sonic's slower here than Unleashed because you need to be slow enough to see what's coming up. But at least they should have some places where they speed sonic up when there's a straight-way or an area where you can go faster than usual.

Well, there are a number of reasons.

1: Gameplay on rails is more simple and automated than traditional platforming

2: Wii games require less graphical attention than 360 does.

3: Sonic Next Gen has more gameplay content than Secret Rings does, as well as downloadable content.

The flaw with Secret rings was Sonic's acceleration. It was WAY too slow. The upcoming Sonic Unleashed will have Maximum acceleration and Maximum speed the ENTIRE LEVEL! 8D
