A way of looking at this problem is to take into account just how much a disabled baby from a disabled mother is going to cost other disabled people on hand outs. A final solution might be the reassess what are our weakest links.
I've just been reassessing our weakest links, as you suggested. What was immediately clear was that Nabil Shaban (the disabled guy in this video) isn't a weak link, he's a tax paying actor. In fact, I'm always coming across disabled people in the workplace. However, I see enough "fully able" work-shy scallies roaming the streets. Perhaps they are our weakest links?
