i own both... play 360 much much more. I guess I don't know why exactly. One reason is the indents on the top of the sticks. Makes a huge difference to me. I really don't like the PS3 sticks because I have slippery thumbs. Still use my PS for the Blue ray once and a while though. XBOX makes streaming from my computer way easier so streaming video and audio goes to the 360... Not into the move or the kinect so I haven't an opinion. Kinect is selling a lot more though i do know that.

The PS3 will catch up soon enough, it's bound to happen with all the features it provides compared to the xbox360. I've been playing on my PC and don't own any of the new gen consoles. After waiting it out to see both of them mature it seems that the PS3 is the right choice, you just get more with the package. Hardware doesn't seem so outdated and developers are finally starting to wrap their heads around the funky tech in the PS3. But first my LED TV to go with my sexy PC.

@bparrish25 I have a BluRay player I bought for $50 on my PC, I dont need one on a console, especially since they read a bit slower than DVD. Most exclusive devs are jumping into multi for 360 and PC now that their PS3 contract is up, Kinect also slammed The Move and Wii-motes and has the whole world doing mods to it like crazy. Both systems do the job, they both have pros and cons but the Devs still want for 360 and some Devs only want PC now like Crytek. Trying to get away from consoles period
@xeridian Like Crytek? they just released Crysis 2 for the consoles to milk them out for some cash. But a good example would be Battlefield 3, it's being developed for the PC and then ported to the consoles with features taken out(obviously). That's how it should be imo, every time a developer makes a game for the consoles which is ported to the PC barely uses any potential of my rig. It's always a different story when it starts on PC, ex. Crysis, Crysis Warhead, Battlefield 2, Metro 2033..

@TheUmbrellaCorpX I was going to buy a PS3 slim to go along with my 360 (just for the few 1st party exclusives), but with all the complaints about PSN, the fact that you have to buy a new controller when the batteries take a crap and that most 3rd party games that are multi platform actually run slightly smoother on the 360, I dont see the point. I think I will go with a PSP2 for the exclusives. also, FYI Bieber outsells everyone, but that doesnt mean he has good music.

i own both... play 360 much much more. I guess I don't know why exactly. One reason is the indents on the top of the sticks. Makes a huge difference to me. I really don't like the PS3 sticks because I have slippery thumbs. Still use my PS for the Blue ray once and a while though. XBOX makes streaming from my computer way easier so streaming video and audio goes to the 360... Not into the move or the kinect so I haven't an opinion. Kinect is selling a lot more though i do know that.

This video actually is actually accurate. The only reason Xbox 360 was ahead was that it had a whole year to have extra sales! In November 2006, when the PS3 had launched, the Xbox 360 had around 12 million units sold! As of May 2011, the Xbox 360 has sold only 3 million units more than the PS3! In 2010, there were 500,000 more PS3's sold than Xbox 360's! By the end of 2012, PS3's will officially overtake Xbox 360's overall sales!

The PS3 will catch up soon enough, it's bound to happen with all the features it provides compared to the xbox360. I've been playing on my PC and don't own any of the new gen consoles. After waiting it out to see both of them mature it seems that the PS3 is the right choice, you just get more with the package. Hardware doesn't seem so outdated and developers are finally starting to wrap their heads around the funky tech in the PS3. But first my LED TV to go with my sexy PC.

Could it be because the dropped price on the ps3? killzone 3? uncharted 2? God Of War 3? @bparrish25 I have a BluRay player I bought for $50 on my PC, I dont need one on a console, especially since they read a bit slower than DVD. Most exclusive devs are jumping into multi for 360 and PC now that their PS3 contract is up, Kinect also slammed The Move and Wii-motes and has the whole world doing mods to it like crazy. Both systems do the job, they both have pros and cons but the Devs still want for 360 and some Devs only want PC now like Crytek. Trying to get away from consoles period

@xeridian Like Crytek? they just released Crysis 2 for the consoles to milk them out for some cash. But a good example would be Battlefield 3, it's being developed for the PC and then ported to the consoles with features taken out(obviously). That's how it should be imo, every time a developer makes a game for the consoles which is ported to the PC barely uses any potential of my rig. It's always a different story when it starts on PC, ex. Crysis, Crysis Warhead, Battlefield 2, Metro 2033..

@TheUmbrellaCorpX I was going to buy a PS3 slim to go along with my 360 (just for the few 1st party exclusives), but with all the complaints about PSN, the fact that you have to buy a new controller when the batteries take a crap and that most 3rd party games that are multi platform actually run slightly smoother on the 360, I dont see the point. I think I will go with a PSP2 for the exclusives. also, FYI Bieber outsells everyone, but that doesnt mean he has good music.
