I am so glad I ran across this video, I used to LOVE eclairs when I was a little girl, and I dont mean the cheap frozen crap at walmart, I mean the home cooked one grandma used to make, food taste good these days but not like it used to taste back then

The one thing I love about her is she cooks all her food for people who are not on diets. I'm so sick of all the fat free, light ingredients other cooks talk about on other shows. The whole world is not trying to eat fat free food all the time lol
