Most people do not get what they pay for, insurance-wise, and even more are dropped by their insurance companies when they need to utilize them. A national plan does not mean a free plan. We'll have to pay for health care either way. The difference is that we'll get what we pay for and we'll get it without many of the preconditions and insurance-determined regulations. But cost regulation is a huge factor here too. Reform from the ground up!
