I add butter in the oil. More flavor and adds depth to the sauce

Not enough oil on the pan or the pan just sucks. The fish is sticking like crazy.

Looks dry. Is that how it is supposed to be?
I would have minced some of the onions and chopped some of the anchovies.
Being Asian, I couldn't help think of adding some soy sauce and/or ginger. lol

original italian food is quite raw, no mincing and too fine choping... i supose it also should not be drowned in the sauce it should be dry
