You've never heard of sugar substitutes? Coke Zero is really nothing more than a new formula of Diet Coke. It's Diet Coke with less nutrasweet (aspartame) and replaced with some acesulfame potassium, both of which are artificial sweeteners.

THe problem is aspartame is linked to cancer and acesulfame potassium causes insulin to be released (which leads to hypoglycemic attacks) and produced cancer and leukemia in studies on rats.

A/ I wouldn't drink it because fizzy drinks are always full of utter poison, even if they aren't diet, and this one is, which makes it worse

B/ Despite being a male in my twenties, I don't aspire to buying my clothes in Burtons, moaning about my 'bird' and longing for my boring office job to finish so I can get pissed at the weekend, play rugby and fantasize about snogging my best friend.

Coke zero tastes really good, its flavour is the closest to the real coke.
