Somebody should have called the police. Were their any adults around. The kids who beat him to death were foolish. It comes to a point where you know when you've been beating someone down and they can't fight anymore. That's the time to stop. Or unless you were trying to kill them. I don't think they were, but that's what makes the kids foolish for continuing to hit him even when they new the boy was done
