  • This is a terrific video! The black & white shots are perfect for the noir theme, and the music is sultry and haunting. Penelope Torribio took fantastic photographs at several “Night and the City: LA Noir” events and created this “killer” photo essay. I love the titles she added “Mystery Woman,” “He’s innocent,” “The Noir Clown,” “The Gloves,” etc. Penelope is magic, simply magic!
