more into the comfort bikes but then again i do long distance cycling :D kinda need it.... just make sure you get a good frame really and its the right and comfortable size for you. handle bars, seats, are all interchangeable with different styles and of course you can change there hight on the bicycle. even wheels can be changed within the parameters of the bicycle frame of course, but its an expensive hobby really so probably best to just get one thats suits all your needs to begin with.

yea I started biking to and from school everyday a month and a half ago... and I hadn't been on a bike in years. Yea years. so basically FUCK MY ASS HURTS!! Was all I could think about for the first week or so. However then I put this jelly seat cover on the bike and let's just say that thing is a fucking godsend!! my tush is now happy :)
