It was custom made by eBay seller simple.beauty.801 or something like that. I got the material from Jo-Ann and sent her an Andre cape to use as a pattern.
@punkbarbershop I know her, she is still around. Her user name is simple.beauty.801 you are correct sir. She makes some of the best hand made salon capes I have ever seen. Great quality, and great attention to detail. I have sent her material to use and make me capes as well. Turns out, I have the exact same cape as this one, bought the material from Jo-Ann's as well, and we used two yards of it to construct the cape. My cape is very massive, almost touches the floor. LOVE IT!
