It looks like when these were shown in the UK they were edited for adverts & to fit in a 30 minute slot. I have original recordings (not downloads) of all 7 uk transmitted shows & this stand up isnt in any of them. The end part about smokers is tho but this beginning part isnt. Im starting to think this series had extra scenes outside of the UK on channels that didnt edit for ads. The uploader is from Canada which seems to give weight to this theory. Would be interesting to know for sure.

It`s from the one which starts with the routine about lifts. This may or may not be episode 4 - depending on whether or not I have them in the right order! Maybe the person who provided the download was either a doctor, doctor`s receptionist, or a smoker, and edited this bit out!
