the fellowship was really well done, great movie... the two towers was mediocre, and the last one was somewhat slow... i read all the books, and i think they should have included everything in the last movie. i mean, saruman just disapears... he was supposed to be killed by wormtounge at the shire etc etc...

Yea I agree he should have been killed in the Shire but in the extended he's killed by Wormtounge atop Orthanc and Wormtoungue was killed by Legolas. (I don't know if it's on the other one, after watching the extended I can never go back to the others) I've read all the books like, 14 times EACH. and I'm currently not watching or reading them for a year so when I do watch them again they are suddenly surprising again.
