A Perk that you can get at lvl 8 called Strong Back. It increase the amount you can carry by 50.

@deloreandmc88 all i did is put my special up to ten and im only level 6 and i could carry 250 and when i get strong back im going to have 300 :)

@deloreandmc88 you have to have a higher strength in your s.p.e.c.i.a.l. attributes. u can increase it with the extreme conditioning perk or intense training perk...i forgot the name but its the first perk at the top of the list

@Makoman2008 it's been 1 year since that. almost 2. in the meantime i've got lvl 30, finished every single mission and just need 5 more achiements to get all of them. but thank you for being a helpful person!

You get the Wired Reflexes Perk from doing The Replicated Man quest line.
