Can you do a vid of u flexing your arm muscles for 1 minute then giving a guy your age or older a 4 minute piggyback ride…you look very strong…strong girls with muscles are more attractive than the skinny girls…the skinny look is not nice at all..u agree…..do u model?

Thank you! You can get a really cheap pullup bar from walmart for 30 bucks, and it works great, and easy to install, plus it goes on any door frame. The nutrition plan is great! It has you eating all.the.time! I was never hungry, and I felt so good doing it. It was really simple to follow. I would love to be your coach if you want me to be! It's a free service, all you'd have to do is purchase through my beachbody website (in my info section). :) Looking forward to it!
