@jbeatz972 Slogans like "Be happy in your work" and "Let your work set you free" are all fine and dandy when those who deliver them possess honesty and integrity. "212 Degrees" is routinely whored out to those businesses who routinely squeeze more margin out of their workforce, no matter what the human cost.

The scam goes like this: We'll drop your base pay, but here are some performance incentives. The catch is: these incentives never match the former base pay in praxis.

@ProfessorZaroff Ok i understand what you mean when i worked at a job this was video we watched ... i'm self employed now ... but i think you comments towards the video should be more directed towards corporations more than the video .. the video it self is great however the use for it to manipulate people into working more for less of course is wrong... I just love these vids because it just shows that no matter what you do you should do just a little more... I appreciate your response

@jbeatz972 I know I'm being a bit harsh here. I'm not opposed to self improvement at all, actually. I'm not sure if you're familiar with Larry Winget's work. He doesn't look pretty. He doesn't talk pretty. But he makes a heck of a lot of sense.
