  • Wow! Yeah, this song is a little strange, but really relaxed. It's perfect for calming down! I hear to it the whole time!

  • So so so so beautiful. The scottish make such brilliant music, I can see these becoming one of my favourite bands alongside Frightened Rabbit

  • ); I loved it

  • The 1 dislike is because they couldn't fathom an anthemic song with genuine emotion. Then they cried. We all cried.

  • I just love the Scottish accent. This somehow gives the music an extra layer.

  • Beautiful song. I highly suggest "There Will Be Fireworks" by Foreign Thoughts for anyone who liked this one.

Thank you for the upload. I shared it a while back.

  • @DistilledtoIndieRock There will be fireworks are a fantastic scottish band!

  • @WinstonChurchillwave

Ha! My apologies! I meant "Foreign Thoughts" by There Will Be Fireworks!

  • @DistilledtoIndieRock Thought that might have been what you meant!

  • @cashmerenerd can you fix the artist name? it's twilight

    beautiful song

  • @Kontrasto done :)

thanks, somehow I haven't noticed the typo for one and a half years :)

  • @cashmerenerd

thank you.. I like this band so much I just couldn't look at that "twiligt" :D

looking forward for the new album..

  • literally one of the most beautiful songs in existence. so raw and sad yet it makes me feel optimistic

  • this band should be huge

  • @Chezissou I hear you my friend. Tom Robins, Jack London, Henry Miller, Please young folk read these authors and listen to this type of music and save yourselves. Respect.

  • @Phoenus11 You know what...you're right.

  • @yesrelationthesequel Have you listened to The Wrong Car by The Twilight Sad? Pretty good.

  • This is one of my favorite songs, regardless of genre.

  • I'm sorry for doing this, but when he says, "you make it your own"(I think) I hear, "you make a gyro".

  • @digglescham well its not

  • @digglescham lolololololol

  • Learn something about Sinclair, Melville, or Bukowski or sit on your thumbs and twiddle your prostate. How the F is this next generation survivable based on reality TV and exasperated stroking sequences without some base knowledge of literary themes? Marry ke$ha and F yourself.

  • i wish i knew what this song is about

  • @CapTainBuckAHOE It can be about anything you want it to be! I mean, that is the power of good song writing. Let it be about what ever you relate to most. That is what makes this band so special in my mind.

  • I always thought it was "manners", like the lyrics sites say, but pretty sure James himself wrote on their forum that it was actually "mirrors". Either way, this already beautiful song has new personal meaning for me... the words fit so fucking perfectly with the shit that happened between me and my now ex girlfriend... in a hotel of all places :( At least listening to this and Frightened Rabbit is inspiring me to pick up my guitar again instead of wallowing in how shit the world is :)

  • And your red sky at night won't follow me

  • i would say manners

  • Is it "where are your mirrors", "where are your morals", or "where are your manners"? Anyway it's breathtakingly beautiful.

  • @foolishlyable manners :)
