That's not in the book or anything, you also don't see it in the film. It's just on the set. Maybe the actors shouldn't carry dirt to the set.

its blue screen, they can replace it with whatever they want, they use blue and light green because its an off color that not many people wear, this is only in the behind the scenes, nothing you see in the movies or in the books.

But the movie, cho tells umbridge, and harry is like being an ass to her. So the movie makes him look like a fag and a player, and then goes on to Gennie.

In the video, on the Dumpbledore's Army, feet of actors are blue but why ? Because during turning we can see decorations green or blue for special effects.
