Can you can move like this. Hehehe, I will send you plane ticket. You can give a demo at the Mayo Clinic. Is where I am getting "Gao Shan Pai Lum's foot”, in the front door. My original ShiFu Gao ShouLing of ErLong ZuanHu FoMenDao, gave me much of everything. I lived 7+ yrs with him. I became a GaoShan Stone Fist Fighting Monk. He is so far up in the mountains of China, he has never seen a cell phone. A shock i would give him. I show up with Laptop computer. He watches these scenes of Masters.

PaiLohan JyunSehkFu. Email me anybody: MountainDragonAcademy@gmail.com
Anybody know who he is? Where is he located? This is "WuDang Zhao Bao Tai Ji Quan" and of course, great things come out of WuDang Mountain. I have no Monkey ShiFu at the moment, as to why the interest. There was a riff, a glitch, in Tai Shing Pek Kwar Monkey GongFu system, so I can not see any intentions to contact them. Zhao Bao Taijiquan - Li Style was founded by Li Zhongyou (studied with Li Zuozhi, a disciple of Chen Qingping). Like Teng Nuo Jia, it is practiced in three frames.
Our own Beloved Teacher/Father/Freind, ShiFu Pai, his Qi and his Combat Tai Chi, and of course his GongFu, were impenetrable. He truly is one of those UnDefeatable Master. I have yet to find another ShiFu that is at his level. So now, here appears out of the eithers, like Puff the Magic Dragon, another great Master. Watch him move. His foundation is so solid in Tai Ji, I am attemtping to locate him, to take on the "Monkey GongFu System". He can do it, as you can see from his movements
Ha, already I found this amazing ShiFu Liu JinQuan of the Wu Dang Tai Ji. Most amazing these wonderful electronic communiques. Without such, how could we share, such wonderful stuff. Chen Jia (family) Tai Ji Quan, with Chen XiaoWang as the 19th Generation Grandmaster, is of the highest 'Still Combat" fighting system. "Not Watered Down". Our own Pai Lum Master Jim Cravens, was accepted as "Indoor Disciple" to ShiFu Chen. How fantastic is that. Pai LoLung was unapproachable in his abilities.
All Taijiquan forms can be performed in this frame with the same benefits if all of the underlying harmonies are correct. However, maintaining the correct harmonies is more difficult in this frame and you will be prone to developing double weighting. If this happens, your stepping push hands will be broken, your ability to fight with Taijiquan while stepping will be broken, and your kicking jing will be broken.
This guy stars in a tai chi master tvb series starring Vincent Zhao or Zhao Wen Zhuo or Chiu Men Cheuk or Jiao Man Chek depending how you spell it. They fight towards the end of the series and this guy is friggin awesome! I still don't know his name but I am certain that some Chinese person out there knows him personally or at least knows his name. Bravo! If anyone knows his name let us know!
The video wasn't sped up. Doing so wouldn't "sharpen" his movements anyways. For the person who said he's not in shape, that's false too, as the uniform obviously hides what is a body capable of some amazing things. This guy is great.
This video was not sped up. You can check activity of people in background like cameraman etc. All motions are natural. Sorry cowboy. He IS that fast and "sharp".
Very interesting. How is Zhaobao, Baji and Chen related? They seem very similar, at least when you watch various practitioners of each style. All very interesting.
baji is mostly unrelated to taiji lineage wise (application wise too). the other two are just two styles of taiji, and if i'm not mistaken, Chen has the longer history?
this is amazing. He doesn't even look that fit, yet he's doing one of the most athletically demanding forms i've ever seen in either modern or traditional wushu. There's hard fa jin, which takes quite a bit of cardio, up and down all over the place, low stances always, and it's long.
Holy Shit. I've hear that Zhao Bao was a little different that the mainstream styles but damn...This looks ancient.

@syphen888 I'm sure he's trained properly and his knees are probably in better shape that most peoples ever could hope to be. ;-)

The suit conceals a lot. If you look carefully when the fabric is pushed, you can see he has enormous legs.

kind of kidding here but um....does this kind of tai chi do that to your legs?
