I did it myself... bought a decent gorilla outfit, cut & sewed it so it was tighter on the legs and arms. the hair and face hair was from a caveman wig set if I remember correctly. And rest was just bought outright from various sports shops, but did the t-shirt transfers for the Beavers logo & number myself using ordinary iron-on print sheets you can get in your local stationery store.
Bit of effort involved, but was well worth it!
