  • Sounds great man

  • i have a stock 04 wrx waong with 95k on it, ia m jsut ner4vous to do a bunch of mods on an engine with so many miles, but first i at least want a good sounding exhaust that wotn set me back to much, any ideas? and with that many miles shoudl i just swap out the engine?

  • I would recommend the Cobb setup without thinking twice. I heard a number of other exhausts when I got the wagon dyno'd and most of the others just get wayyy to loud when you open the taps. The Cobb TBE sounds great at all rpms.

  • Sounds great! Would you recomend this exhaust, I want something with the agressive boxer rumble and something you can hear coming down the street but nothing too loud or obnoxious?

  • The Cobb TBE is definitely the right choice for me. I wanted a more mellow rumble and the Cobb TBE fits the bill. I just had the car dyno'd and with all my mods, it is putting down 233 HP at the wheels (251 TQ). Check out my other vid.

  • Other vid = Ye Olde Wagon. It has some more clips where you can hear the exhaust, also some footage on the dyno.

  • hey sounds awesome how bout an in car vid. Im thinking bout betting a cobb tbe myself. worth the money? what kind of gains did you notice?

  • Nice sounding exhaust. a DP is my next subie mod to complete my TBE

  • Thanks! Definitely get a tune with the DP, it will help get the most gains from your set-up (especially if you get a custom map) as well as take care of any quirky CELs.
