hey man i have a question. i have a logic 1400watt amp 4 channels with a sony explod 1200watt sub. i have it hooked up to channel one but idk if its at 4 ohms or 2. id like to run it at 2 ohms. the amp says 2 ohm stable but i dont have a owners maual for it so i was wondering how do i run the single sub at 2ohm? thanks

@g1andrhone im gonna guess your sub is a svc 4 ohm , just run it bridged on the front or back channels , you would get the most power that way

i wanna run 4 premier 12"s on 1500 @ 1ohm. right now im running 2 alpine type r d4 12s on 1500 and 2 crossfire db s4 12s on and alpine 400wrms. 140amp alt. 1000ca battery stinger sp1700 db. 1/0 from batts and to 1500watt sundown audio amp and 4guage on the 400 watt amp.

that AP2000 will not push even two of those subs youll need something that can handle a .5-1 ohm and that 4 gauge is gonna need to be upgrade along with alt and maybe 2 batteries for a 4k rms system but that wall looks beautiful 4get what ppl have to say about your car and the eq you have hey if you like it thats all that matters

So if thats the case then yeah ur car isnt powdring them for shit. A cars stock electrical isnt made to handle a powerful aftermarket amp amd subs, thus h/o alts and batteries need to be added.I have a 2200w system and have a 3000w battery and 200A alt.U gotta have it to push the full amount of amperege to ur subs.where u from

Cause u have no soind deadener on ur roof or doors and panels are just thin sheet metal especially on those old mazdas. @MrSuicideSPL 3 runs of big 4 ga. to the rear into a block , and 1 short 4 ga. to the amp cuz it only accepts 4 ga. wire. , also i have the big 3 done in all larger 4 ga. wire , not cheap wire either... my buddy has 2 ga. wire and my cores on my 4ga are larger than his 2 ga wire ! ....my car uses hardly any power at all so the alt. only has to worrie about the system. come sit in this car and tell me it aint loud lmao.

@dragonsage2008 i have video of them , my buddy runs 2 12's they are ok.. they have good SQ in a sealed box but not in a ported, they are alot louder ported though, i also have a friend with 3 10's and he has had issues with them blowing and he has a 800 rms mtx mono. i can tell ya that my friend new premier 10's hit hard as hell , and they take plenty of power.

That would be sweet, oh and props on the liquid nails heavy duty, I used 6 tubes on my box, it works similar (but not as good) to fiberglass resin for way way way less. I need to matt my roof and that's my next project, less flex = more woofer ear sex

50hz is good for spl and music, I designed mine off of 49hz because I don't jam to low hz music, mostly rock but I can still hurt someones ears whoever wants a demo. When I first saw your video I was confused as to why you had the port design blocking air velocity... It does hurt numbers but when your pioneers are "maxed" out I don't think that will matter much in a small car like that!! Have you been metered yet? TL?
