LOL @ the guy walking his dogs at 5:22, just staring. Awesome video, very inspirational for me. I used to be hugely fat (was always chubby even as a little kid) but am finally down to 190lbs (5'11), still got a little fat on me but can now do several chin ups (first time in my life). Will keep working at it and hope to someday be half as good as you guys. :)
@Chimaeri0n This is raw and natural power so when you have that and do martial arts you become a beast. I know because I've been doing this for quite a while now and I'd kick your 17 year old ass for badmouthing something you don't know about.

can anyone please help me out please? i have been going to the gym (you know, lifting barbells and dumbbells) but there werent any pullup bars or dip bars, so after a month i decided to give street fitness a shot-so i found the bars in my local school and it was really fun...but im asking-can street fintess replace the regular fitness and give better results? or its like i should do 1 month street/1 month regular for best results. somebody? thanks people! :)
All of those who are trainig .. don't do it because you want to go and kick someones ass,do it cause its healty,cool and for fun !!! Great job ! Bravo mn silen klip !

Well if you do 16 on a single rep, try making 16 x 4. With a 40/60 sec pause. Do a standart pull ups. If you need more help, ask scooby1961 (youtube member, hes very good!). Try typing ''pull ups'' in wikipedia.
Do it slowly and this will get attention to the back muscles. The biggest wrong is to heading of one selected number do how many you can in 5 sets .....

Rofl im 17 and i look way more buff than these guys. I have been doing powertraining and i have gained much more muscles than these guys ever will.
Squat, deadlift, bench, press --- best results.
By the time i will be 26 , i will be 95-100kg muscles. So plz go stop with this "street fitness".
