@roudy1689 younger pigs usually taste better. I didn't shoot because the landowner wasn't seeing many pigs and these 3 were all prego.

That's not true, they are good eating.

You can trap and cut the boars when young and then you can have whopper large boars that are just as good as a large sow.

My lease has had boars being cut from 20 years ago. I have trail cam images of tons of cut boars that are 250+. Took one this year and it is just like a sow.
