@epz2009 Metaphysics is just a philosophy that physics enhanced and then left behind. It certainly isn't 'seeping' into mainstream science - mainstream science left it behind when it became, science.

To answer you first question, there are forces at work that we don't fully understand (as revealed through quantum physics experiments) and i'm open to evidence based claims as what those forces might be. However, pure speculation e.g. religious texts, haramein, etc, are meaningless.
