I have been living in South Korea for 9 years, and didn't see just a single person who eating dogs or cats. That's old story about shortly after Korean war, when people were starving to death. Stop making stereotype about Koreans like ignorant racist.
Not only do Koreans think that dog meat has "medicinal qualities", they also think that the more severely the dog is tortured, the more 'stamina' a person will gain from eating it. Hence the terrible tortures of dogs in South Korea.

@asamadedance It's true. It's either they ate dogs in the modern time or in the past. Korea is losing the culture of eating dog because the young people don't like dog. BTW I don't like eating dog but when someone bashes on someone's culture that is just sick.
