  • the radiation from the heater could kill your gerbils so be careful

  • never use wheels for gerbils :( the tail can get stuck while they are running in it and break of

  • how big is the cage ? :)

  • That's really a great habitat!

  • LOL When I first saw this in the thumbnail I thought it had water in it!!!

  • WoW! Really nice cage! yu should make many of those and sell 'em, I'd buy one ^_^!

  • Very beautyfull!! I really think your gerbils have fun in their cage!!

  • Sweet set up! Nice job.

  • I spent so much on rotastak after giving in to all the hype. I'm not saying they were horrible. Just so much work to maintain. I wish I had just got one of these to begin with.

  • Those branches are available from an aquarium shop. They are bog wood. They cost a bit, but look good.

  • How much is that stick/branch I wanna get one soon but they don't sell them in my local pets at home anyway your gerbils look very happ to me after all I am a gerbil whisperer

  • cute

  • Lol, i didn't see the name of the video i just clicked on it, i thought they were baby kangaroo's when they bounced up the ladder.. ;/

  • :)

  • that's a perfect gerbiland :D Hey, are they both girls or what? I have only one and I think she's bored a little

  • @zepranoths , that is a good wheel!? So what are you try to tell us? That we have to borrow a new wheel because this wheel is good? ;O.

  • i hate people who try to tell you how to take care of your animals not every one knows everything @zepranoths

  • Very nice cage

  • Amazing cage!

  • Wow that's a really nice cage!! I have one similar :) well done for looking after them so well! :D

  • you need to get rid of the weel because your gerbils could get there long tails traped in it and the skin on the tails could come off and that is a true fact

  • WHERE THE HECK DID YOU BUY THAT CAGE???!!!!!!!

  • How do you glue on the glass elevated floors without exposing the glue for them to bite on?

  • nice

  • Must be a bitch to clean.

  • Tilly (The white one) Passed away a few weeks ago :'( She was a wonderful gerbil! Love her lots! Recon she had a great life with Tot (Brown one) in her big cage :') <3 xx

  • Your gerbilarium is so COOL! I have been thinking about doing a cage extension on mine. :D

  • a nice gerbillarium do you have there :D!!

  • love this set up!

  • This is very cool and creative~!

  • fuuuuuuuuu mouse...1000 times prefer hamster

  • how did u make that i would love that cage

  • Please take the wheel out fo that cage. the wheel is too small and makes their back bend unnormal. Let them out of their cage sometimes and let them run or for example you bed instead.

  • @koppsal That particular wheel is fine for gerbils. It is a decent size, made of metal, and has mesh rather than rungs. But you could tape over the mesh if desired. Mine don't have a wheel, but only because they didn't seem interested :)

  • @koppsal They hardly ever use the wheel, so no need to worry. I take them out and put them in a run with lots of climbing toys and food. :)

  • how did you make those holes on the cover? or was it like that from the beginning, if so can you please tell me where you bought it.

  • it looks tricky to cean it but it's a wonderful cage for gerbils

  • do they bite a lot

  • @badboyjacob98 My gerbils often nibble me but it never hurts. However, they may bite if you smell of food or they are hungry. If they bite you then you should probably take the hint and leave them alone.

  • @HelpWithYourGerbils same for my mouse but he died a week ago he lived for 1 year and 5 months

  • @badboyjacob98 That's a shame! Sorry for your loss!

  • @badboyjacob98 The white one didnt bite at all, but the brown one did. The brown ones got better now, because its a little more older. :)

  • This gerbilarium is much much much better what I´ve seen here on youtube! To the wheel:We have in Germany wheels with wood. Do you have it too into the shops? And normaly - okay, you´re is nealy okay - the gerbils need straw up to 20 cm high or more. When you want to see watch my channel with the gerbils!

  • this is a awesome cage where can i find 1 like this? and how mutch does it cost???

  • Otherwise, great cage!

  • Don't use that wheel! It can break their little gerbil feet! Us a solid wheel, like the "Scilent Spinner"

  • @theBBQninjaRocks No , mesh wheels are Safe. Parallel bar wheels are not safe. Gerbils cant get their feet or tails stuck in mesh. Don't give advice on something you know nothing about.

  • where did you get the cage, and how did you get the layers like that was the cage already like that

  • nice cage where did you get it

  • Im not sure because again I dnt have any hamsters but if u mean cage by the aquarium then at a fish store or petco u can buy those.

  • How much did this cost to setup?

  • where did you get them logs from and that cage ?? please thanks (i have had my gerbils for 1 year now and for x-mass there getting lots of new stuff!! )

  • @zMiime i dnt hav any gerbils(i want one though) but i think those are in reptile section at petco

  • @cheesecakelover45 where did you get the cage ?? please thanks cant find one any where?? :)

  • nice tank, yeah! But i don´t like the wheel....sorry

  • i just watched gerbils play in hd

  • This is so great! Love the tank!

  • I like the idea of how you put a glass shelf in the tank!!!!

  • May i ask how you clean that cage? Seems difficult.

  • What if 1 falls of the log and their head hits the rock?

  • Do they like to go underground???

  • @Dufffaaa93

Yes. They are desert animals, and they bury themselves to protect themselves from the scorching heat during the day, and the freezing cold at night. They burrow and build colonies. That's why it's important to have a thick layer of bedding.

When they burrow in the sand, their coat is also being cleaned and groomed.

  • I'm SO jealous of your tank and I'm sure my gerbils would be very jealous of your gerbils!! They're living the good life in that tank!!

  • hello, i have a huge tank like this and i really want to put some shelves inside it! where about can i buy these from and what can i use to stick it on to the glass?

    thanks

  • @Dannii1491 u could buy them from ebay thats all i know where to get them ik doesn't help much. or u could buy a tank with shelves on it :3

  • really good job :) I want my cage to look almost like that just with sand too ;P

  • your right they are happy gerbils

  • woah this is awesome! so much better than mine :L u can see what mines are like in my vids xD

  • wow you seem like an amazing gerbil owner keep up your love your fantastic!

  • where can you buy these shelves in the us

  • I used some instant gasket clear silicon. Instant gasket seems to be just that bit stickier....I reckon. Perch those shelves up on blocks of wood to get the right height.

Only need to glue along the top edge, with a nice thick bead.

  • That's and awesome cage,

my brother has some gerbils (i'm a rat person:p )

but I would like to ad some shelves for him,

what glue do you use to put them on?

    Thank you.
