These wave are not that high, i ve been in this same location and i was swimming in the same conditions 2 years ago, the seafloor is really shallow where the wave are breaking against the rocks, maybe 3 feets in the video. Even with these wave you can stop your motion by anchoring your feet in the sand. But if you go a little bit far in the water, the wave can lift you up to 2m-3m from the bottom and push you towards the more shallow water near the cliff, Nice spot,
