@CROGrof Beyond being satriani yourself, you have to have a cooking amp turned up loud and your volume on the guitar rolled back a lot, also Dimarzio pick ups and a push pull.. I think the first minute or so he plays with a humbucker split for a cleaner tone. Also, the best tip I got when trying to get something of a Satriani tone is that most people use way too much gain.. he doesn't use much gain, which is why it's so clear and listenable.
