@mitsubishidiamante His gym tends to attract a lot of pretty good guys due to its location. Since it's located on the fighting state of Nevada, you can pretty much expect to see Xtreme Couture guys come and do a little sparring at Wand's gym. Guys like Griffin, Belfort, Maynard, Sadollah, and maybe Carano.

A few years would be good, but it depends on the person. Some guys I seen train 6 months in Muay Thai and have their first Muay Thai fight. MMA it's more complex than Muay Thai but it depends on the athlete.

he got some facial surgery done. he got his skull scraped so he doesnt get as badly as he was getting and he fixed his broken nose he suffered frlm his second fight with Crocop. He looks way younger
