I was a teenager just getting into Drum corp in 1970 when I saw the Crusaders for the first time, my only real favorite of all time. I was so dismayed to see them fade away in the early DCI years, but there were many of us who would never forget. This little clip I just watched brought back some great memories.
Nothing like the 1969 Boston Crusaders rendition of conquest, the 1969 was awesome. Boston was the first corp to use the glockenspieland to execute intricate drilling. I know I marched with Mighty St. Joes 1968-1971

My sisters marched BAC '64 to '70. They were truly awesome!
