I never played Wild world, so I wouldn't know about that one, but City Folk's music is so forgettable. except maybe the city.

you need to. it's the cutest, simplest game. Some people think we sound cheesy being like, "this brings backs memories, I loved the characters" But for some reason this simple game makes everyone happy. Over time I eventually stopped playing it, but it was so fun!

Other than an apparent one for the N64 only released in japan forever ago, I have all the animal crossings! AC:CF is my def fave, mostly because you can connect with other people and built amazing towns WITH the crossbreeding that I don't think was availiable on ACGC. Same with ds, but it didn't have the best graphics and I didn't try super hard on it :P

I'd almost forgotten how much I loved Animal Crossing. This brought it all rushing back: the hours of laboring over a carpet pattern that tiled just right... the deep friendships I felt with Aurora, Axel, and Purrl, even though I knew they were just stock personalities with catch phrases... changing the channel in the middle of what I was watching so I wouldn't miss Totakeke's concert... Everyone eventually stopped playing, even me, but I'll always remember my little town of Mee Krob.

@Gravidtron Amen to that! Dude, the original will always be the best. I've played Wild World and City Folk, but they just aren't the same! The original really brings back a feeling of nostalgia every time I play it. I remember playing for hours every day, and how I cherished every conversation with Bunnie and Roald. Even if they were only programs in a game they were my only friends growing up. :(
