reasons

a)sliding shoot tilt launcher forward a bit and makes flower pattern instead of just going around

b)yeah rip harder but smoothly because it's an attack type

flame libra didnt kick anythings ass because he wasnt riping hard enough and also the only reason libra won was because it was a stamina type

u don't rip hard enough, u need to rip hard if u are using storm pegasis well that's what i think because it's an attack type!
