  • Yes, I am grateful, every day, but the Ted Williams story serves the purpose of my keeping in mind that there is always hope and that we are all human. My ex is lost in drug lifestyle, became homeless, and has not been heard from in years. The fact that one person is trying to turn his life around, gives me hope. I do not hope for myself that my ex does this, he is the ex for a reason. But I hope for him that he can one day do the same.

  • I agree totally what you said, and i was very happy for ted as well i felt so bad for him that he had to live the way he did being homeless, and this was a wonderful story about ted, so nice to see someone go from rags to riches.

  • What a beautiful message.

  • He didn't "clean up and find God". After he was "discovered" he ended up in rehab because he STILL HAS THE PROBLEM! The COPS WERE CALLED ON HIM because of an argument he had with a family member! And you don't care anyway, you are just trying to promote some get rich quick scheme according to the video description.

  • @lonstar70 Ya man...old Ted let us all down. He had his chance. Hopefully he will recover and do it right next time. Get rich quick? You obviously don't watch any of my other videos. Have a good one and keep pickin and grinnin!

  • @Theredneckpicker No, I just saw one all of your "make money now" tags. Seems weird to me is all.

  • he should be the next michael buffer...have him say let's get ready to rumble

  • i am an arab and a muslim,,,i was inspired by his story

i felt happy for him...and loved his faith

and his love for his mam

    and in islam

we have same thoughts u mentioned about being grateful

    thanx for the nice words...

  • couldn't agree more

  • Wow

This got you alot o f attention!

  • He has a 2 part exclusive on Dr Phil and he owns up to the fact that yes hes made mistakes, and yes hes done his family wrong and made bad choices, but hes taking ownership of that and turning it around. Thats what being human is all about and I think we should at least give him the opportunity to prove himself. If he falls flat again, he knows its the last chance. But if he makes it, he has a lot to pay forward too

Ok, so the original video with 13 million views (which was gotten in just 48 hours), which was uploaded by the user 'ritchey', got removed do to Copyright.

Later, popular news shows such as Associated Press, and others, uploaded the video. After they uploaded it, ritcheys video got removed for copyright! That's wrong!

Copyright is soon going to take over YouTube. Give this comment a thumbs up if you agree.

copy and paste to spread the word!!

  • Congratulations to you for stepping up and making a stand for Ted. God Bless all the people who know it was you that made this happen for Ted and God please please open the eyes and hearts of those who don't believe and reveal yourself to them before it becomes to late. Amen

  • Amen! my thoughts exactly! God is in control!

  • @7AXWM what has the world come to... when a person can't even see that you're joking?

    SMH

  • nice vid,

  • Man, redneckpicker, you hit the nail right on the head!!

  • I'm so glad that Ted found his way home..

  • Amen my brother, when we are grateful for what we have is when God entrusts more to us, and the true blessings come, not of wealth and power, but of family, a home, food to eat, clean clothes, peace, love, joy, and Ted is a great example of that..... God will provide!!!

  • FAITH MOVES MOUNTAINS!! THAT IS- THE RIGHT KINDA FAITH, AND THAT IS THE FAITH IN GOD. TED ALWAYS SAID HIS TALENT CAME FROM GOD. HE HONORED GOD AND HUMBLED HIMSELF, SO GOD HONORED HIM RIGHT BACK.

  • wow rednecks

  • oklahoma baby

  • On another video you chastised a young man for holding a sign looking for a job. This guy did the same thing, yet you praise him. What's the difference? Except this guy is a thief and a drug addict, he caused his own misfortune.

  • @sangamoold Yes i did. The other young man was of sound mind and body. This man was an addict for years and then cleaned himself up and did the best he could with the cards he was dealt. He used his faith every day and it paid off for him. Of course he got help from the internet!! YES, he caused his OWN misfortune up until then. He admitted his accountability! A much higher power a camera in that man's hands that day for a reason. One word! God. :) Thanks for your post and opinion!! RP

  • how true!

  • God has everything to do with it, and he is humble enough to give God the glory honor and praise

  • @luvlykj you said it

  • He needs to thank the internet, not "god".

  • @Moaradin The bible says that all good things come from God.

  • @Moaradin The bible says that all good things come from God.

  • @dreinca1

I don't care what the bible says. It's not true. You look at how 1 man got famous because of the internet and blame it on "God", and I'll just tell you about the millions of people that die from diseases and starvation in Africa. I guess God just doesn't care about those poeple, huh?

  • @Moaradin

you are searching for this god in all the wrong places. there is no god up there in the sky.

you are god and when you find him, he is ever present within you.

when you do good things for others with no expectation of return, you are manifesting yourself as god. its a radical redefinition of what you are used to thinking of as god.

  • @orangedac

I have no idea what you are trying to say.. I don't think God exist, period. I'm an Atheist. If you are trying to say is believe in yourself, and not depend on some invisible man in the sky, then I agree with you.

  • @Moaradin god is good in many ways.....those people might b suffering for a reson!! everything happens for a reson!!! god is good in many ways he might have given them that life so they could b strong and b grateful for the little things they have or get!! unlike some people who are not grateful and take everything for granted

  • ted williams did it god had nothing to do with it!

  • that story brightened my day this morning too, that guy is doing all the media rounds today and he'll be on jimmy falon tonight...that should be good.
