How U Really Wash A Dirtbike:

Fill a bucket full of water and dish soap.

have a sponge for plastics and a brush for rims etc.

1: use the sponge on the plastics

2:Brush off the rims, and other parts(non plastic)

3 rinse

Nice bike dude! I probably wont use a pressure washer anymore. i sat my kx250 on a 5 gallon bucket the other and the power of the washer knocked it over and i tried to get it before it fell and the end of the handlebar hit my big to and cut all the way to the tendon i got 16 stitches for my 16th birthday. ps i wore boots while riding but wore flip flops to clean it with i didnt want to soak my gear.

yeah be carefull with those barkbusters like that they come like that a lot and if u crash and they hit something hard they come off really easily or get all screwed up and it sucks..so yeah just be carefull with that lol....simple green is dah bomb for cleaning dirt bikes and atv's! lol 8D

Wow, CT18 you would let soak into that bike, then just rinse it off, wd40 here n there, oil the chain and your done. I would try the normal pink motor degreaser if i was you diluted heavily and then rinse it off, should come out spotless without having to scrub, i have never ever scrubbed a bike in 12 years of riding, and always had a brand new looking bike at the end!

You guys dont have CT18 Superwax in the USA i dont think, its and Australian Product. Your spray it on diluted like 1 part CT18 to 10 parts water....Then rinse off with a garden hose, you can even let it dry, it works better than, drys on the dirt and really gets into it, then just rinse when its dry...Its wicked stuff!

Make sure you plug your exhaust (every time you wash your bike) and your airbox holes if you plan to test ride your bike after you wash it. If you dont plug the holes then water can get in your air box and on your air filter, then when you start it up it could suck that water into your carb. Not good.
