Is there any science to the "earthquake rainbows" that have been spotted before some of the recent major earthquakes? We had one in the Pac NW of the US today, never seen anything like it. Beautiful, but it did make me wonder about the possibility of an earthquake.
Is there any update on the possibility of some activity in and around Indonesia please, or has that threat passed? Also, how do we follow you on facebook? Thanks

Hi there, Umm It is almost 1am here and the sky is black and full of clouds. We have a big patch of pink clouds (not from lights etc). Could this be an aurora ??
@thebarcaroller So what about Magnitude 5.3, Tuesday, June 21 2011 at 10:34 pm (NZST), 10 km west of Akaroa.? It's even likely that it will be upgraded. So you didn't manage to predict that one?
He did actually.People chatting with Joe will confirm that he said a small coronal hole had formed suddenly and that Christchurch could get a 5+ over tonight or tomorrow.
thank you Joe for your wonderful ' insightful univerasl' knowledge that provides the rest of us with foresight and forewarning knowledge of potential earth changes..... your input and insight is immensely invaluable..:) angels blessings:)
@juicyjt "Joe doesn't need to prove that he is a scientist or explain his theories to an abussive twat like you. The simple fact is that is that he throwing predictions out there and getting a lot correct." - This is exacttly the sort of attitude that had us putting leaches on people throughout the middle ages. Sure, we dont care if there is no science or reason behind it, the simple fact is that most of the people who got a cold got better after we put leeches on them.
I'm due to go to Bali on Thursday....not sure I want to go now!! The ash cloud might prevent the flight anyhow....here's hoping it does! Great, fascinating and informative videos by the way :-)
@thebarcaroller Hey The Barca, the prediction in Antofagasta was 100% in the point you indicate, 100%,!!! I live more in the Suth of Chile in the cero point "8.8" next to chillan volcano and ...here go again!! :(
@followingtheplanets stop emailing me. I am not interested in what you have to say. Every email you send me gets deleted without viewing. Stop wasting your / my time.
@samuelclive1 so you obviously are not living in the Christchurch area. Come down here and experience 10 months of hell. These earthquakes are a lot more frightening than someone as you say is 'scaremongering' and predicting them. We all know that they are going to continue. It is actually comforting watching these clips that Joe puts up. Any little bit of comfort in this shitty time we Cantabrians are living in is great. So give him a break. He is only trying to help.
@09toerag Hey mate. You might want to read my comments again. I am defending Joe. Not against him. The person writing the comment has their name under the comment box. Not above it.
@Juiceyjt Huge appologies lol ive removed it.So sory it was meant to be for the other mouth peice.Joe does a fantastic job mate.Heads up to you and stay strong.Once a gain very sory
@samuelclive1 I am from Christchurch. Eveytime there is an aftershock you dont know if it is just a minor one or it is another big distructive one. The information that Joe is giving us lets us prepare for a destuctive one around the dates he has predicted. I would rather have any type of information (right or wrong) than none at all and find myself in a situation that I could have avoided if I had know something big could possibly happen.
@nickoswoos wow you have studied geology! You must be a genius! How about you start predicting earthquakes or large aftershocks and see how you go. Joe doesn't need to prove that he is a scientist or explain his theories to an abussive twat like you. The simple fact is that is that he throwing predictions out there and getting a lot correct. If he gets them wrong, then I consider that a good thing. A relief. Who cares how he does it. If you dont like it, dont watch it. It is quite simple.
DCNonsense aka followingthebarcaroller is hitting hard and heavy. My ire flares and then settles for this pitiful man. His lack of success has him obsessed with you. I can't imagine living with that kind of hatred in my heart. What a horrible existence . . . by his choice. Keep the peace, brother.
@S0j0urnerTr00th we all have paths to follow, followingheplanets path is that of a specific journey, it matters not what or where he comes from, as it matters not where each of us is on our paths.... learning comes from all persepectives, it is the closing down of learning that limits ones journey of enlightment, dont allow learning to be limited to closest or best belief scenarieos......:) peace
You appear to be a very humble person, but you may want to make video's highlighting all your correct predictions. It will generate more interest in your work.
@MrDriftfan i dont see anything on the earth facing side of the solar corona that would indicate anything over 5 magnitude across the 40-45 degrees south latitude region therefore i dont see anything significant for the New Zealand region.
@thebarcaroller So what about Magnitude 5.3, Tuesday, June 21 2011 at 10:34 pm (NZST), 10 km west of Akaroa.? It's even likely that it will be upgraded. So you didn't manage to predict that one?

This is a silly question but I'm new to this stuff, can you please explain what happens to the earth when planets are alligned? Why is planet allignment so significant when determining the likelyhood of earthquake activity? Does it have anything to do with gravity and the tides?
@TheMissJess13 the lunar modulation control tidal activity and planetary alignments seem to cause the manifestation of coronal holes which are related to earthquakes felt here on earth. that's my personal understanding and what i use to structure my analysis. As above so below, what happens on the sun also will happen here.

Fantastic reporting my friend. Watching with eyes wide open since I subscribed :O) Maybe you and your reporting should go 'main stream TV' but then we all know it will never happen. Keep up this excellent work, bigger things are begining to take place!
@j0lene13 the volcano in Chile is sitting 40 Degrees South latitude, so i dont think we will see another stepping up in the Puyehue-Cordón Caulle Volcano as the coronal hole is mapped 0-28 degrees and doesn't get to that area. the last thing we need is another major volcanic eruption.
i'm following you with interest. your prediction of the christchurch quakes last monday was spot on. what i'm wondering is how you pick where on the longitude these events correlate. is it guesswork, or have you looked at the relationship between the part of the earth that is facing the sun as the holes/spots face back?
i feel these flare/hole events do provide a good confirmation of expected events due to changes in the sun's/earth' gravitational wells. keep it up!
@flowirin 30+ hours of research goes into a video, i use my own mapping and plotting system that i feel is very accurate, my aim is to eventually have one region mapped for every significant solar region in the near future
I live in Tarapaca, most Precisely in Iquique, Chile. We've had a small earthquake off shore a couple of days ago. It wasnt a big deal, but it happened in the sea which is not very frequent. Most of the earthquakes strike East, close to the Andes, and we haven't had any significant lately. Ppl are expecting a major one to strike soon. This is not good news.
@abwolf1 Yeah, mate. Not exactly where i live. Actually it was pretty far. Curiously, It lasted about 5 sec but it was pretty strong. Everything is alright. There's no reason to freak out so far. Hope the worst is over.
