He is such a blessing to me. The only preacher my fiance will listen to and respects. He doesnt have to much faith in most preachers but Joel's message is calm, easy to understand and meant for anyone. Even those who may not yet know where Genisis is in the bible. Joel Osteen on CNN stated that Mitt Romney a devout Mormon was a Christian? Why are people so blind. Don't Worry Be Happy was a song, not a parable from Jesus Christ.

I think people don't have to criticize Joel Osteen so much. It's not fair. People have different callings set by God. Joel Osteen does not preach anything contrary to the Bible. It may not be his calling to talk about sin, or gifts of the spirit, or healing, etc. If his calling is to make people feel good about themselves, the SO BE IT. There is nothing wrong with that.
